Jeff ZitoVice President, Project & Construction ServicesSoutheast FloridaJeff is responsible for overseeing and leading our South Florida development team including architects, attorneys, land planners, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects for Ferber and our national clients. Jeff has spent his entire career in land planning and real estate development dealing with all phases of development including land acquisition, land planning, site design, entitlements, retail leasing, construction management, and property management. Jeff has successfully completed projects throughout South Florida that have included national retail tenants such as Publix Super Markets, Tractor Supply Company, Dunkin Donuts, 7-Eleven, Wendy’s, Wawa, and more. Jeff understands the complex nature of South Florida real estate development, as well as the associated entitlement processes, and strives to create a project that everyone can be proud of upon completion. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University and is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate. Outside of the office Jeff serves as President of The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Palm Beach County and puts his development skills to work for the community by serving as Vice President of Properties for Gulf Stream Council, the local Boy Scouts of America Council that operates camps from Palm Beach to Vero Beach. |
Ben KirkVice President, DevelopmentNashvilleAs Vice President of The Ferber Company, Ben is responsible for new project origination and oversight throughout the Southeast, including business development, management of key tenant relationships, site selection, contract negotiation, and leasing. This role encompasses capital allocation, market strategy, timeline management, and project delivery. Ben is based in Nashville, TN, overseeing developments primarily in Tennessee but furthermore throughout the entire Southeastern United States. Prior to his current role, Ben served as Director of Retail Leasing at The Ferber Company, leading efforts to analyze trade areas and markets, negotiate letters of intent (LOI’s), and conduct negotiations with critical tenants for the development of multi-use projects throughout Central Florida. His primary experience lies in working with tenants and their brokers, as well as effectively marketing and presenting projects to produce optimal results. Before joining The Ferber Company, Ben was a Leasing Manager with a national development company in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During his tenure, his portfolio expanded throughout the entire Southeast, assisting clients with new store roll-out programs and market penetration. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He was an NCAA collegiate athlete, a member of The Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and member of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization. Based in Nashville Tennessee, Tommy focuses on retail development throughout Tennessee and the surrounding markets. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and has a proven track record in managing projects from various perspectives. His experience spans both the general contractor and client sides. He has served as a project manager for a general contractor, giving him a deep understanding of the construction process. Additionally, his experience as a 3rd party entitlements and development project manager provides him with a well-rounded perspective on the entire development lifecycle, working with tenants of all sizes. |

Scott QuigleyVice President, Entitlements & Construction,Mid-Atlantic StatesScott is responsible for managing the design, entitlement, and construction processes for commercial projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Scott uses his technical expertise and entitlement experience to lead development teams of architects, engineers, attorneys, planners and contractors to develop and successfully execute the project goals of The Ferber Company and our clients. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional. Scott began his career in the civil engineering industry, serving the private sector on commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use development and redevelopment sites throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. This includes capital allocation, consultant hiring, project budgeting, timeline management, and project delivery. Patrick has developed or redeveloped retail projects throughout South Florida over the past 20+ years that include drugstores, gas stations, fast food and traditional grocery anchored shopping centers. He has also developed projects that have included the entitlement and sale of land and buildings to residential and industrial developers as part of larger land deals. The South Florida office is located in Singer Island and Patrick oversees the southern part of the state from Key West to Vero Beach. Prior to joining the Ferber Company, Patrick spent six years with a national development company where he developed single tenant net lease sites for CVS, Chase Bank, Family Dollar, and Publix Supermarkets. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Babson College with concentrations in Finance, Economics and Real Estate. Prior to joining The Ferber Company in August of 2018, Justin was the senior associate on the Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment Team at the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. where his practice focused on the various legal issues that present as part of an overall Redevelopment Project – ranging from the study and preparation of Redevelopment Plans, Financial Agreements, Redevelopment Agreements, Approvals, interfacing with Governmental Entities, the creation and negotiation of Real Estate Agreements and creating Corporate Entities.
Justin holds degrees in marketing and entrepreneurial studies from Muhlenberg College; a Masters in Business Administration from Monmouth University, with a concentration in real estate; and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in IP.
Justin currently resides in Asbury Park, NJ and when he isn’t working, Justin enjoys lacrosse, golf, travel, skiing, the beach (he’s an awful surfer…but learning) and any combination of those activities. He is an avid Seton Hall basketball fan (Go Pirates!) and attends as many sporting events and concerts as his schedule permits.

David has 15+ years with The Ferber Company and is in his 20th year in his career in commercial real estate. Before joining The Ferber Company he was an appraiser with a concentration in the valuation of large commercial properties though out the New York Metropolitan area. Considered an expert witness David was involved in some ground breaking tax evaluations in the area of “Brown Fields” and other contaminated commercial sites. Upon joining The Ferber Company his primary responsibility has been to identifying, contracting and ultimately acquiring commercial site for a wide variety of national tenants, including Eckerd, CVS, Walgreens, Shop Rite, Blockbuster, Starbucks and Chase bank. Stuart FerberReal Estate AssociateStuart’s responsibilities as a Real Estate Associate include having initial conversations with property owners as well as analyzing markets for those sites. In addition to procuring marketing materials for target sites, Stuart also analyzes comparable sites in the area to make an accurate assessment of the current market. Before joining Ferber, Stuart graduated from Lynn University with a degree in Sports Management. He was an integral part of the university’s basketball team, and uses that experience to further his knowledge of how to best manage complex situations. Stuart was raised in Boynton Beach, Florida, although he is no stranger to the Jacksonville area as the Ferber headquarters. Stuart started with Ferber right after graduation. |

From multi-family high rises to spec warehouses and hotel ballrooms, Jacob has overseen the entire project life cycle and brings his knowledge and attention to detail on the construction side to the Ferber team. Jacob earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Purdue University where he was a member of The Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Tom Mundy is a third generation Jacksonville native who joined The Ferber Company in 2016. Prior to joining the company, Tom was with The Shopping Center Group for four years where he focused primarily on retail tenant representation.
Tom began his commercial real estate career in 2003 and his experience encompasses other facets of the industry including development, property disposition and shopping center project leasing. He has extensive knowledge of all markets in North Florida and South Georgia and enjoys solid working relationships with local, regional and national participants in the industry. As a graduate of the University of North Florida with a B.A. in Banking and Finance, Tom’s leadership and commitment to the industry are evidenced by his history as Committee Member for the ICSC North Florida Idea Exchange. Will earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. He has been on the frontline of various projects in all stages of land development, from concept and acquisition through construction. He has direct involvement with jurisdictional agencies and the processes often involved within the federal, state, and local levels. He is a skilled presenter on zoning & land planning and has led projects for national tenants through intricate regulatory processes and complex construction hurdles. |

As Vice President of Retail Development Services, Keegan’s focus is on strategic retail and industrial site identification, acquisition, development, and user leasing. Bringing with him 10 years of real estate investment, development, and commercial construction knowledge, Keegan shares the responsibility of new business development, project generation, and relationship growth. With extensive relationships with both northeast and national tenants, Keegan is focusing on single-tenant projects, multi-tenant assemblages, and mixed-use redevelopments.
Prior to joining Ferber, Keegan was an independent real estate developer and investor in residential, office, and NNN land leasing. Along with his real estate focus, Keegan was the executive director of the business of a commercial construction company. His focus was on key client relationships, process, and product improvements, establishing new markets, and leadership team structuring. Keegan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Accounting from Misericordia University where he was President of his class for all four years. Prior to joining The Ferber Company, Mark co-owned and operated a real estate development company, covering properties in Palm Beach & Martin Counties. He also served as a Private Wealth Manager for several investment firms, personally advising a clientele with AUM of over $1B. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. Jacob is an Associate of Project & Construction Services, working with Will Anderson in the project management and construction division of the St. Petersburg office. From multi-family high rises to spec warehouses and hotel ballrooms, Jacob has overseen the entire project life cycle and brings his knowledge and attention to detail on the construction side to the Ferber team. Jacob earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Purdue University where he was a member of The Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He is an active member of Captains for Clean Water, CCA Florida and Tampa Bay Waterkeeper promoting clean water and habitat conservation along Florida’s coast and waterways. In his spare time, you can likely find him on his boat wrangling Snook in Tampa Bay. |

As an Associate of Leasing and Business Development, Kaleigh assists the effort to analyze trade areas and markets, prospect retailers, and negotiate with future retailers vital to the team’s multi-use projects. She is based out of the St. Petersburg office and focuses on projects on the West Coast and Northwest Florida. Her concentration is working directly with retailers and brokers to create valuable partnerships and effectively market projects.
Prior to joining The Ferber Company, Kaleigh worked as a real estate associate at Franklin Street, a Regional Brokerage Firm in Tampa, FL. While at Franklin Street, she focused on retail tenant representation in the Southwest Florida market. Her responsibilities include site selection, lease negotiations, market research, and site analysis. During her tenure, she worked with both national and local tenants. Kaleigh is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Information Systems and Operations Management with a minor in Real Estate. She is an active member of ICSC. |

Paul FerberChairmanPaul is the third generation to be involved in the family real estate development business. The business was started as a construction company in 1907 by his Grandfather and originally based in Northeastern New Jersey. Paul opened a Florida office in 1983 and changed the focus of the business from office development to retail development. From his former role as President which is now filled by his son, Shields, to his current role as Chairman, Paul has successfully guided the company through two recessions. His vision and understanding of the development business has enabled the company to expand to three Florida offices while maintaining an office in New Jersey. Under Paul’s direction the company’s 20 person plus team has completed over 3,000,000 square feet of retail development and currently has numerous projects under development. Paul was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and grew up in New Jersey. He attended The University of Florida majoring in the Department of Building Construction. His love of the outdoors especially beaches and water always kept him close to Florida. Today, Paul enjoys fishing and boating with his wife, Victoria, and family to include his Labrador retrievers. He is also a Director of the Florida Audubon Society. Paul supports many local charities including Safe Harbor Haven, K-9 for Warriors, Ronald McDonald House, Cathedral Arts Project, and United Cerebral Palsy. He now plans to devote more time to these programs and include helping handicapped and underprivileged children as well as animal rescue programs. |

Prior to joining The Ferber Company, Stacey was with The Griggs Group CPAs in Ponte Vedra where she was responsible for individual, controlled group, non-profit, estate, corporate, partnership, multi-state tax returns, as well as compilation and review engagements and audits. Stacey earned her B.A. in English from California State University in Sacramento, and her B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville. She passed her CPA exam in 2000. |

InvenTrust owns and manages over twelve million square feet of premier open-air shopping centers in growth markets across the U.S., and had until recently also owned and managed industrial, office, apartment, mixed-use and other categories of residential and commercial property. Additionally, Frank managed leasing and legal functions for Cullinan Properties, a mid-sized developer with projects in numerous states including Illinois, Missouri, Texas, Pennsylvania, and prior to that, for Retail Properties of America, when it was part of the Inland Group of Companies. Frank also has enhanced his skills developing business and negotiating transactions with eLance.com, an Internet based marketplace, and before that, with Hallmark Cards, the national retailer and largest manufacturer of greeting cards.
